My goodness, Goods has got the goods. Sleek and chic, this little hole-in-the-wall is part cafe and part hipster gift shop. The Butter Boy cookies caught my eyes (and the toddler’s) and I almost came out with a Goods-branded tote bag to boot. The manager/barista took pride in telling me about their roastery and Goods obviously cares about delivering a quality coffee – it was perfect. The banana bread, care of Tuga Pastries, was new on my radar and has shot straight up into my top 10. Soft, spiced, petite and precisely balanced, toasted and served just right. I used the Butter Boy to distract the babies while I savoured the banana bread myself. Goods definitely knows what they’re doing. So far, it’s definitely the leading option whenever I take the babies to Enmore Park.
